General comments by vendor
The dates in next year's rota for the share will be April 26th, May 31st, July 12th, August 23rd, October 11th. In addition the boat may be used at any time by anyone outside the summer cruising season. It would be possible for these weeks to be exchanged to enable a two week cruise, if desired.
There will be an AGM on March 10th when it would be a good time for a new sharer to meet the current sharers as well as having the opportunity to learn more about the organisation of the syndicate.
The current monthly contribution is £100. This provides an amount in the bank to meet day to day expenses and to build up a surplus in the event of a major expense. If there is insufficient in the account to meet a large expenditure, eg repaint job, an additional levy may be necessary.
