| Booking system | A booking chart for the following calendar year is circulated in priority order before the owners’ annual meeting. Each owner has a priority for that year, and moves up a couple of places each year: after a year at the top of the list, the owner then starts at the bottom, and after six years the cycle begins again. Each owner can choose two weeks (separately or as a fortnight) in the ‘high season’ (April to October inclusive), and one week in the remainder of the year. By this route, thirty-six weeks are firmly booked before the year begins. Allowing for time for winter maintenance, the remaining fourteen weeks are booked with priority in reverse order to the original chart, so having last choice originally does have its compensations. These extra bookings are confirmed on the first day of the month before the month of the booking. |

General Comments About the Boat
Starting at the rear is a semi-trad stern with a side seat on left with two gas bottles under and a locker for mooring pins etc. Below the deck boards a Beta 43 Engine fitted 2013, calorifier, battery bank and access to weed hatch may be found.
Down steps into master bedroom with fixed double bed with drawers under, wardrobes and en-suite pump-out loo. A combination Victron 2500W inverter/80A charger was fitted under steps 2012.
Passing cupboard containing re-conditioned Alde gas CH/water heater we have the bathroom with a shower, wash basin and main pump-out toilet.
Following on past the side hatch we have the galley which is fitted with a stainless steel sink and gas cooker with 4 burner hob, grill and oven. Equipment includes a 240V toaster and microwave, 12V fridge, pots, pans and china.
An overhead glass cabinet divides the galley from the dinette, which coverts to a double bed, two stools are available to seat six around the table.

The saloon at the front has a traditional multi fuel stove, a wardrobe and 2 leather captains chairs with foot stools. Freeview TV, DVD and radio.
