A pub which is not a pub
The Plough is on the main road out of Ruislip towards Ickenham, on Bury Street. You only have to look at the building to realise that parts of it are very old, whilst other additions are newer.
It is actually a restaurant ONLY and you can no longer just nip in for a pint (correct 2020).
Where it is, by road
On Bury Street. From the roundabout at the bottom of Ruislip High Street take the exit signed to Harefield/Rickmansworth. The Plough may be found along here on the right after about one mile. It is set back from the road and quite tricky to spot.

It was a real pub, for many year, and even the "Ruislip Hunt" used to leave from here but all that has gone and it is now a restaurant for the smater set.
